1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free shipping for both U.S. and international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
- U.S. Orders: 5–7 business days (processing + transit)
- International Orders: 6–12 business days (processing + transit)
4. Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or local import fees charged by their country. These costs are not included in our checkout price.
5. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free, and we provide a downloadable/printable return label. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
6. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
7. Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
9. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 3–5 business days. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

We are based in New York, United States at 1577 1st Avenue, New York, NY 10028.
11. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate online only, so all orders must be placed through our website.
12. What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Shipping & Delivery
13. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders, both domestic and international.
14. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
15. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs delays (for international orders). If your package is late, please allow a few extra days and contact us if it still hasn’t arrived.
16. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
17. What items are eligible for return?
- Items in original, unused condition
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items with original packaging and tags
18. Are returns free?
Yes, we provide a downloadable/printable return label at no cost.
19. How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

21. What happens if my return is lost during transit?
We recommend always using our prepaid return label. Golden House Club is not responsible for lost return shipments made outside of our provided label.

23. Why was my payment declined?
This may happen if:
- Your billing details don’t match your bank records
- Insufficient funds or card restrictions
- Your bank flagged the transaction for security reasons
If the issue continues, please contact your bank or try another payment method.
24. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to U.S. orders where required by law. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
25. Can I use more than one payment method?
At this time, we only allow one payment method per order.
Delivery Issues
26. What should I do if my order is marked as “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with neighbors, your building manager, or your local post office. If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 5 business days, and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
27. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
28. What happens if my package is returned as undeliverable?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you can request re-shipment (extra fees may apply) or a refund (shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable).
